Vizabl design & facilitate bespoke interactive & immersive workshops that equip leaders and team members with the  practical skills and commitment to have meaningful conversations with their teams, reinforce the change agenda and build the coalition for change. Vizabl blend structured group workshops with one-on-one or team coaching should it be needed..

Safety Change Programmes

Vizabl provide structured culture change programmes designed together with the client which begin to shift attitudes, perceptions, and values around safety and the leaderships strategic vision for the future of the organisation.

Behavioural Insights

Our colour profiling activators lead group sessions directed toward individual and team understanding. These sessions begin a new conversation across the organisations in the language of colour, communication, strengths and team balance. These sessions are especially useful in setting up new teams such as JV's, providing a springboard to effective interdependency and in providing new direction to established groups.

Incident
Diagnosis & Interventions

Vizabl diagnose and report on safety breakdowns and incidents in organisations, particularly in a project environment. We apply climate survey tools, confidential  interview and attain the necessary site knowledge to present a detailed report on cultural factors and situational forces that impact on safety behaviours.

 Supervisor & Workforce Engagement 

Workforce and supervisor engagement workshops begin to move safety from being compliance based to values based. They strengthen  relationships with leadership, build shared ownership of safety change, build trust, provide essential communication skills, safety leadership capability & encouraging proactive safety behaviours.
